Floor-standing supply air and extract air unit with rotary heat recovery unit and electric air heater

Ready-to-operate decentralised ventilation unit that provides good comfort levels and
is used for the ventilation of internal spaces such as classrooms or conference rooms

Fonctionnement

Les unités décentralisées de soufflage et d'extraction d'air ventilent et extraient la pièce et couvrent les pertes de chaleur dues à la ventilation, comme un dispositif isotherme, conformément aux spécifications techniques.

L'air extérieur est aspiré par un ventilateur radial EC et traverse le registre d'arrêt motorisé et le filtre à air extérieur.

L'air extérieur traverse ensuite le récupérateur de chaleur rotatif, qui peut être désactivé en cas de fonctionnement écoénergétique.

Avant de pénétrer dans la pièce avec une forte impulsion vers le plafond, l'air soufflé est réchauffé dans l'échangeur de chaleur si nécessaire.

L'air extrait traverse le filtre à air extrait avant d'être expulsé vers l'extérieur par le récupérateur de chaleur, le ventilateur d'extraction et le registre d'arrêt motorisé.

Pour la protection incendie, la protection antigel et la prévention des courants d'air, les registres d'air extérieur et d'air extrait sont fermés en cas de panne de courant. Les servomoteurs sont équipés d'un accumulateur d'énergie.

L'air soufflé pénètre dans la pièce à vitesse moyenne près du plafond, et la sortie d'air sélectionnée assure un flux d'air uniforme dans toute la pièce.

Après avoir atteint le mur opposé à la sortie d'air, un rouleau d'air ambiant se forme. L'air soufflé atteint la zone occupée avec une vitesse très faible.

Function

Decentralised supply and extract air units for room ventilation, isothermal units that compensate for the heat loss due to ventilation according to the technical data. An EC centrifugal fan takes in the outdoor air which then flows through the motorised shut-off damper and the outdoor air filter. The outdoor air then flows through the rotary heat recovery unit, which can be switched off in energy efficient operating situations. If necessary, the air is heated by the heat exchanger before it is discharged towards the ceiling with a high propulsive force. The extract air first passes through the extract air filter, then flows through the heat recovery unit, the extract air fan and the motorised shut-off damper before it is discharged to the outside as exhaust air. In case of a power failure, the outdoor air and exhaust air dampers are closed to ensure fire protection, frost protection and to avoid draughts. This is ensured by a capacitor in each actuator. The supply air is discharged near the ceiling with a medium velocity, and the selected air outlet ensures good overall room ventilation. Once the air reaches the opposite wall, it moves downwards and eventually through the entire space. By the time the airflow reaches the occupied zone it has a very low velocity.
